John was awesome! I called him, he made an appointment with me, called me when he had a sooner opening and handled the inspection with professionalism. The inspection was thorough and detailed. I had little to no questions that couldn't be explained by one of the pages. I highly recommend John. His prices are fair and his work is just as good as his competitors, if not better!

My husband and I purchased a new-construction home in Auburn. I chose Auburn Home Inspection to perform an inspection prior to closing. I cannot say enough positive things about John Passailiague! He invited me to the inspection, and explained everything he found. He gave me tips on things to do to keep my new home in good working order. Anytime I had a crazy, off-the-wall question, John would be quick to respond and set my mind at ease. He told me to think of him as a "quality control professional working in your best interests." I was extremely happy with Auburn Home Inspection. John was great to work with and extremely thorough with my whole house inspection and really cared that all issues were resolved prior to my purchasing my home. He was very easy to talk to and followed up with me to make sure that all issues had been resolved with the house.
