We were recommended to use The Home Inspection Squad for our inspection before closing on our house. David & Josh came out to do the job. I was very impressed by their professionalism as well as friendliness! We received our full inspection report the same day via email. If I could rate this business more than 5 stars, I would not hesitate to do so. They did the inspection two days after calling, offered a military discount, and offered the very detailed report within 24 hours. TK took so many pictures and videos for us. He was very detailed in his report. We called him with some questions and he went through the entire report with us. We spent 58 minutes on the phone because he wanted to hit every point of concern. He gave us his personal thoughts if the home was a good home to move into and if he would feel comfortable moving his children in the home. He made

Multiple things were overlooked that were pretty important. Air conditioner is basically hotwired, and not working at all, and about 70% of the outlets in the house did not work. We also have a considerable leakage in plumbing. I unfortunately cannot recommend, and our plumber and electrician both commented that they have helped multiple customers with the same testimony. :(
