Patrick and Robert were very helpful in planning my father's funeral. It is difficult to known what to do when you are not focused but mourning. They explain to all our options. They have a great relationship with the church and cemeteries in the area. There was no problem transporting the body from a Boston hospital to Southbridge/Sturbridge. Everything was professional, thoughtful and went seamlessly down to the small details without any worry to me or my family. We were unprepared for the situation we found ourselves in, but we were guided very well by Morrill Funeral home. Director Patrick took the time to explain our options in detail. He gave us excellent suggestions to help us make good decisions and put together the service we wanted.

The staff was great and everything was perfect. They are caring, competent and have command of every detail.

I tried to call and get some information. Someone named Patrick picked up the phone with great attitude. As I was attempting to get some information from him he started to to tell me that he was to busy to talk to me and and hung up the phone as I tried to ask if there was a better time I could call
Rude, think someone in that business would be a little more sympathetic
