They don’t respect grieving family’s. As long as you can throw money at them. My wife’s mother passed away and they didn’t even call her to inform about the ceremony even after they told her they would. They also didn’t want to give my wife information about her own mother but was harassing her for a signature because we live states away and they said she would be disposed by the states if we didn’t sign away her release form as soon as possible. My wife’s mother death wasn’t even honored properly because of family differences. And her own daughter wasn’t invited thanks to toxic

The team is respectful, polite, courteous, understanding and professional. Peter is just a wonderful human being. He is super helpful and arranged everything. He is informative and super resourceful. If you need anything or just advice, he will recommend people he trusts and we trust Peter. Peter is like an attorney and a psychiatrist to our family. In times of death, Peter is able to bring a smile to everyone at the wake and funeral. Let that comment sink in for

I would not even give this place one star but it didn’t give me the option to leave it w no stars. The place is completely outdated and dark. It needs so many updates and most importantly a DEEP cleaning. Very disappointed with the sanitary ways of this place especially during a pandemic. I would not recommend using this funeral home for any of your funeral and or wake needs!!

Horrible funeral home they. Creamated our loved ones body before we got our viewing which they then tried to blame on us. They refuse to give us our lived ones ashes even though they have been paid for them.by masshealth. They are scammers and they lie and keep making up excuses as to why we can't get them

Absolutely and by far the most wonderful people Peter and Paul I have ever met. Our brother Mike died suddenly and ended up at The Graham, Putnam and Mahoney Funeral Parlors in Worcester.
