Dr. Nilova graduated from the St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia. After relocating to the United States she passed the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her residency and training were both in St. Petersburg (with a fellowship in pediatric infectious diseases) and Mt.

Our practice, as your medical home, is a central resource for all your child's health care needs. We are here to make you feel comfortable and encourage you to be part of all aspects of your child's care. We are here to provide you with information and resources that you may need. This includes information about pediatric specialists, health conditions and community resources.
Medicaid is changing. There are new Medicaid insurance health plans coming to North Carolina and you will need to choose a Medicaid insurance plan so that you or your child can continue to be seen by our office. Holly Springs Pediatrics is participating in all 5 Health Plans that are contracted with Medicaid managed care.

I am writing this in response to the feedback you have given me on my review because it is simply unacceptable. For your information, we no longer attended the pediatrician because I had to leave the country for family, and though I can understand the issue with the “no-shows” and why we were discharged, it is the service I received today that will stop me from ever referring your practice again. In the past my kids have gone to this practice almost their entire lives and I never had complaints, but this morning I made an urgent call as I feared for the sake and health of my daughters LIFE

Highly highly recommend Dr. Olga and team! They have been seeing our newborn and we are absolutely pleased with the care. Dr. Olga even comes to hospital to check out baby following delivery! The team is so polite and kind. Tiffany is a jack of all trades. She’s an MA and lactation consultant. Very knowledgeable and a huge help! This place is amazing for pediatric care and we are so happy we chose them! Thanks for all you do!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nilova and her staff at Holly Springs Pediatrics. We’ve been there for 6 years, and we have always been happy with their attention, responsiveness, and availability. My kids have been so well treated there, and I am forever grateful we found this gem of a practice!

A really good experience and easy process. I found the office on google maps and schedule an appointment for my kids. It was our first appointment after we moved to NC. When we arrived the office, it did not take long to see the nurse and the doctor. Everyone was so professional and nice. We are thankful to have Dr. Nilova as our kids’ pediatrician.

Have been seeing the Dr’s at Holly Springs Pediatrics since my daughter was 3 years old now being 17.
They have always been compassionate, pleasant,and punctual never have to wait if your child is sick or when you arrive. Me being a nurse I give them 5 plus stars. Thanks for being a great trusting practice!!!

Amazing pediatrician! Dr. Nilova is very professional, attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. The entire staff is always polite and accommodating. I am always able to get appointments as needed. Office is very clean and I love how they keep newborn waiting area separate from the rest. I’ve never had a long wait time and they offer after hours communication for assistance. You can complete their surveys online before the appointment and they monitor child’s development appropriately. Highly recommend.

Wonderful doctor and staff. Having a daughter with special needs, having a very knowledgeable pediatrician is a MUST. Dr Nilova is extremely smart, patient, and doesn’t ever rush out of the room. She takes her time with each of my kids at their appointments. Also the front desk and nursing staff are phenomenal. They quickly sent out referrals I requested and followed up with the referring doctor to make sure everything was all set for us— how much better care can you really get? Highly recommend this office for your children. We are so grateful to have found them!
