Our primary focus is helping children make wise choices by teaching them to treat others the way they want to be treated. All our direction comes from the Bible and in a way the children can understand. We follow a curriculum from the 252 curriculum from the ReTHINK Group, which is very common in Sunday Schools across the country.
We work with all religions and those who question religion and those that do not have a faith. For most unscheduled school closures, weather related/snow/ice/hurricane/building malfunction there is a good chance Noah's Ark will be open. We post all our closures on WRAL TV5, WRAL.com, and on our home page.

Services
From the beginning, Noah's Ark has been dedicated to helping families with childcare and how children see how God fits into their daily lives. Children are our future and they carry the promise of treating others the way they want to be treated. Since we opened our doors in 1994, Noah's Ark has been the leader in childcare.
Both calendars, Traditional and Year Round, will have about 185 school days. Year Round calendar attend school year round and their 185 school day cost is paid on a monthly installment type plan. In other words, year round get to pay the annually after school fee over a 12 month period regardless of how many days a child is tracked out or tracked in.
We support our children by surrounding them with a community of love and forgiveness so that they may grow in their trust of God, and be faithful in their service to others. ALL documents are required 2 weekdays prior to start of service in order to setup your online account. ALL payments are made using your online account (Procare Portal).
Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it. Armed with the three basic truths, children will seek out truth and relationships that grow. They may decide to take a different path, however they will come back. Always making right choices is real tough, but when a wrong choice is made, the recovery is done with Grace and caring skill.
At Noah's Ark we have served over 3,000 children over the years and will continue with your help. We want to make sure we offer the highest quality service to the children and their parents. Children look for boundaries to live life in and some, most, look for opportunities to explore past those boundaries.

We have used Noah's Ark track out camp for several years. My children look forward to attending. Even my middle schooler has a great time. The staff are very caring and do a great job taking care of the kids. I have been impressed with their COVID protocols. Highly recommend Noah's Ark!

Noah's Ark Childcare Services is a fantastic child care program! That big anxiety parents have with ensuring our kids have a safe and positive environment when work or other things take us away from them - the Ark knocked that one out for us. Bill and Amanda have loving, energetic, and patient staff that engage with all the children. They are very flexible with particular needs of their children and parent schedules (they are among the last to close during a weather or other emergency event), yet also apply meticulous safety and structure to their operations. I love Noah’s Ark! Everyone is super friendly every time I see them in the morning and even the afternoon when I’m picking up my son. They are super responsive when trying to make reservations or via email whenever you have a question. My son really enjoys it here and it keeps him social and active even after school is out. They also have the option to put your kids in when they’re tracked out which is awesome.

Both of my children, and children of many friends, have been or go to Noah’s Ark. I will never be able to explain how important this place has been to us. The staff is fantastic with kids and I always felt safe having the kids there. This is a huge family support system. We are so lucky to have found Noah’s Ark!

My two children have been going to Noah's Ark for years. I love their individual attention given to my children. I trust their staff to have their best interest in mind. I love the al a carte services!! My children are morning care only, Noah's Ark provides transportation to all the neighborhood schools. If there is ever a time where I need Noah's Ark to pick up my children it can be arranged on the same day, even though notice is preferred. This has been such a blessing to me as a single mom. We loved our experience with Noah's Ark for our elementary-aged kids. They had great programs for teacher workdays, and summer camp opportunities. We have been using Noah's Ark child care services for over 3 years now and cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Prior to the pandemic there would be daily field trips to all kinds of exciting places along with lunch out (us parents were often jealous of the places they got to eat at!). My husband and I are unable to work from home and Noah's Ark has been a Godsend on teacher workdays, summers, and during remote learning times when school was closed. Being in healthcare I found myself back at work quickly during the height of the pandemic, I felt confident that my daughter would be safe
