I can't say enough how great this place is! I have been living at the Lofts for a couple weeks now. I have no issues with sound for my neighbors. The apartment is beautiful with high end fixtures. The managers and maintenance people are extremely nice and helpful. The clubhouse and pool are amazing! It feels like im on vacation at a high end hotel. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for luxury apartments in the Malta area.

We have lived here at The Lofts for over 2 years now. I have nothing but good things to say about the property, apartments, amenities and all of its staff. From the maintenance team to the property management team, everyone is always responsive and receptive to our requests, suggestions or comments. We just renewed our lease and we are looking forward to another great year!!

We have been living here for 2 years now and we are loving it. The community is wonderful mix of people who are friendly. The staff are always smiling and waving as we walk around. The amenities are such a plus while you live here. Especially for those coffee lovers........ Hands down the best maintenance staff. Great bunch of guys. Very responsive. Much to do here in Malta. This is an up and coming town. It’s great to watch as we see all the new businesses pop up. Keep up the great work Lofts!!!! G&C

My husband and I lived at the lofts for a little over 2 1/2 years. The first 6-12 months were great and then it quickly went down hill. We couldn’t decide if it was worse listening to our neighbor to the right having very loud intercourse (whose bed was on the other side of the same wall as ours) at 2 in the morning during the week OR our neighbor… to the left who blasted rap music and would scream at people on the phone that he was going to kill them. We complained numerous times about both of these and many nights I had to sleep on the couch to get some sleep. We tried getting out

The Lofts at Saratoga Boulevard is FIRST CLASS! Michael (Sales and Marketing Director is very friendly, efficient, professional, sincere,, enthusiastic,knowledgeable, accommodating and displays strong integrity. I am a new resident and very happy to be here. Michael and Anne Marie have made me feel welcome in my new home. She is very outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable about the Tow homes and the surrounding community. Gregg (Superintendent) is very knowledgeable, friendly and a professional about the entire townhome and our complex.

I moved into a beautiful well crafted Townhome.
Michael York, Marketing and Sales Director was very friendly, personable, outgoinga decry knowledgeable about the entire property. The layout of the Townhomes give plenty of living space, garage, 1/2 bathroom off the living room and the laundry room in your bedroom(Great Plus).
The resident community center is Amazing and offers a Pool, Jacuzzi, weight room and an aerobic room with 700 exercises on a multi-functional IPad. The center offers a see-through fireplace, pool table and a FREE Starbucks coffee machine. Our monthly community events are
