The worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Constantly no water, management has a high turnover rate, and the office staff is extremely rude. Rent is cheap but so is everything in the apartment and it’s not worth it. There are much better places to live at the same price. If you know what’s good for you please live somewhere else. I hate this place. I wish I could give negative stars.

If I could leave a negative star I would, Completely unprofessional, we called and made an APPOINTMENT to look at a two bedroom apartment, took time out of our day with our new born just to get there and have them say we have nothing to show you. Then why did you make an appointment with us to show us a unit! And when we asked you why you made an appointment with us your answer was “well I can’t help you with that”. You can’t help me even though you are the one I talked to on the phone and offered the appointment? Completely ridiculous and unprofessional with no regard for anyone else’s

If I could give it a zero I would. Six families displaced from their homes 3 days before Christmas due to their negligence. The town code enforcement condemned the apartments because Solomon wasn't fixing problems in a timely manner. No heat for 3 weeks, and they thought space heaters would suffice when it was in single digit weather. A couple months before that had to call the because a board in my step was loose and they didn't come for 3 weeks and that was after I called the emergency line because my twelve year old FELL THROUGH MY STAIRS! Leaks in my ceiling leaking into the smoke detector

I have one of the newly renovated apartments and the apartment itself is pretty nice although small. However the management here is TERRIBLE. They don't plow reliably and when they do they do a terrible job. I fell in the parking lot due to icy conditions and I was 8 months pregnant and only when I stormed into the office to complain did they send a maintenance truck to plow. Maintenance has also crashed plow truck into a neighbor's car while plowing. Office hours are unreliable which is super inconvenient because in order to do laundry you need to put money on a laundry card and the machine for

I can’t stand this place its so expensive for absolutely nothing!!!! You get slashed tires at night drug dealers during the day. You get maintenance walking into your home when ever they feel like it with no 24 warning which is illegal!!!! Go anywhere else this place should only be used as a last resort.
