Michael did a terrific job for us as we had an exterior vinyl door with a complicated three point locking system that was worn out. He was able to find a replacement mechanism to save us some money and make the door work really well and secure. He also changed out all the other locks in our house so that everything's working off the same key. Great attitude and great service.

I'd give a negative rating if I could. The tech, Eden that helped me has been cool. The owner Moshe or Michael as he said was his name on the phone, not so cool. I got two keys made on Monday and today neither of the keys work to unlock my sons car. The remote doesn't work and the it wont unlock with the key either. It says on the website that they provide 24 hour service but they can't get anyone out here till Monday! Come on, that's ridiculous! The owner was very rude.
Luckily I have AAA. They sent Grahams towing and Paul saved the day!
