I spent a good chunk of the day trying to copy a small patio key. After going to Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and other key machines I was about to just give up. As some reviews have noted, THIS IS AN ACTUAL KEY/LOCK SHOP. Finally, somewhere I can have my key copied without having to call any mobile key/lock companies. They were able to find the right blank for my smaller key and made the copy. Super satisfied and glad I was able to find this place, me being newer to the Irvine area.

Came in to get my "Do not duplicate" keys made for the office, again... 'But for the first time, here. Our company's president has an issue with his key "not working." (Personally, I think he just keeps losing them and doesn't want to admit to the team that's the real story. - LOL)

I entered the small shop, there was a gentleman @ the front counter. From the sound of their conversation, he worked for UAL (United Airlines), just across the road at SNA

After going to Home Depot and Walmart with no luck, I arrived at Airport Lock & Safe to a smiling face and available stock of my type of key.

The key I needed duplicated had "do not duplicate" engraved on it; they didn't have any issues with that, just asked to sign a waiver first.

Excellent customer service, will be back for all my lock and key needs. Thank you!

This is a shout out to Cory with the Airport Lock & Safe team. Our office received a report about a homeless man making a drinking den out of our office building's exterior electrical room. Cory came out, assessed the door and it's hardware and called with recommendations and pricing. He ran back to his shop and came right back to fix our security concerns. He installed an auto-closer, a tamper-proof plate over the latch, and rekeyed the door. He was quick, efficient, and solved our issues all in one day. I'm extremely appreciative of his assistance and this experience
