This place is awful! Truly awful! It doesn't matter how long you've been a customer- you get treated like a nobody every time. They just want to bill that insurance and get you in and out. You are just a number and they are just herding sheep. If you are a sheep- you will love this place. If you are bold like a lion and stand up for your constitutional rights - refuse their mask policy- you are treated like sub human trash. - (oh it's only in the public waiting area though- for some reason- it's ok once you get face to face with a doctor; masks aren't needed). This place is great! All the staff are really friendly. Jon was very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Sherry is also very nice and helpful as I was making my payment and scheduling another visit.
Dr Luke Alexopoulos was amazing. He knew right away what the issue with the irritation in my eye was. Who knew you could get rust in your eyes? Although the sound of a drill in your eye sounds scary, his soft spoken voice made it sound like no big deal. I felt like I was about to get a treat afterwards. All the other doctors including Dr Tyler Glaze and Dr Jonathan Le are really great too

The office and experience were absolutely fantastic. I was welcomed immediately as I walked in the door. The staff and physicians will blow you away with their hospitality, knowledge and overall care. The technology is far beyond any other office I have ever visited and the team explains your eye in details that are understandable. The optician Heather Mosley and Tracy are absolute gems. Picking out your glasses can be a daunting and challenging task.

This place was one of the best places I have used in years! They weren’t pushy like the last place I used that rhymes with earl vision (think P). They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t want, or talk me into frames that were expensive just to make a sell. Heather was awesome! This was my first appointment with Dr. Glaze and his staff, though I've been to different eye doctors for my poor vision my entire life. The staff was very welcoming, both the staff and doctor explained my eye situation fully and in a way I could understand, and they went above and beyond to make the best option the most affordable. I've been coming here for a few years and have always had a great experience. When I get there, they are quick to get me in and are always polite. My normal optometrist is Cassie Le and she is always really kind, quick and helpful. This time I had to see optometrist Johnathan Le, because a reschedule, and he was just a quick, nice and informative. I apologize for using first names but I don't want to confuse anyone. I recommend coming here. Oh and they are much better than the last place I used to go because they don't try to hound you for expensive, random, studies/ meds/ eye drops. I will keep

The entire staff is kind, friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the optical shop, every interaction has been consistently positive and helpful. And, Dr Glaze is simply the best. He is skilled and motivated to find the best solutions for optimal vision. Prior to coming to this practice, my 11 year old had been seen by a specialty ophthalmologist since infancy. And, while glasses have always improved her vision, she has had quite a bit of difficulty with reading and close work for school. This place is awesome. I have been to several different eye doctors in my life and this place beats them all hands down. I had barely sat down and I was being called back for my exam. Joey did my eye "x-rays" and peripheral tests. He was really nice and did a great job. He was very good at explaining what he was doing so I knew what to expect. I am a long time patient. In a year there has been changes to this office. I have no complaints of the doctors or staff... it is the optical that appears to have issues. Without Keisha there this area is not what it once was. My daughter had her appointment back in February 23rd, 2021. It is now April 19, 2021, we still have not received her glasses. I called to check up on them about two weeks ago. I had to leave a message. They didn't return my call immediately (like when Keisha was there) About a day or so later someone called me to tell me what is the problem with her glasses. Two weeks

Best Optometrist I have ever been to! I called this location during a holiday week after suffering severe allergies and in desperate need of some major eye drops. The receptionist quickly found me a same-day appointment and was courteous. Upon my arrival, I was kindly greeted and filled out some simple paperwork. I waited in the lobby for just 5 min and was them promptly taken back for my examination. Dr. Le was extremely helpful and to the point! He even was kind enough to consider the price of the prescription ( which doctors rarely do) and I truly appreciated that.

If you need an appointment and glasses quick, they are the place to go! Their location is easy to find and they have their own parking lot. Post COVID19, they are still very reliable. However, it was concerning because they require masks, but do not have social distancing in their waiting area. No wifi either. The recrptionists said "The doctor doesn't allow it." The staff were not very friendly but were helpful.

I have never EVER seen a better eye doctor and the rest of the team is AMAZING!!!!! Dr. Glaze decided that my glasses are the wrong prescription and set me up with different contacts to see if that helps my astigmatism. He explained everything so WELL!!!!! Answered questions I had that my previous eye doctor always gave me the run around on. If you are not 10000% happy with your eye care team..... it is time to switch to the Eye Care Center!!!!! This ha been the best eye experience ever. I went to another eye doctor but the prescription was not right and they couldn't get it right. I was pretty frustrated. I came to The Eye Care Center with Dr. Le and it was obvious from the beginning it was going to be better. He used up to date equipment. He spent a lot of time with me and got my astigmatism problem figured out. Finally someone who listened and had the expertise to diagnose my problem.

I saw Dr Glaze most recently; he was kind and thorough and just made my visit so comfortable before sending me to Kiesha in Optical who was the icing on the cake. :) I just LOVE Kiesha - she's so genuine and helpful.. a true miracle worker if you are indecisive at picking a pair of glasses. Full disclosure: I went to high school with Dr. Le, so I knew he was awesome before I went to see him as a patient.
After a few weeks of whining about my burning, itchy, watery eyes, I finally took Dr. Le's advice and set up an appointment for a consult. I had two technicians do my initial stats. One was in training. They tested my vision, depth perception, looked for color blindness, took a photo of the back of my eye, and tested my eye pressure. I was amazed by the amount of technology used in the office. They use electronic charting on iPads and all of my photos were put on a tv screen
