As a parent watching my own children from the lobby, I began my martial arts journey and the positive impact it had on my life was remarkable. It was always my dream to someday own my own school, and when I opened ATA Martial Arts, I made a commitment to our community in Franklin Park & Chicago to create an enjoyable environment for students to improve their fitness while building the confidence they can carry into their everyday lives.
Whether you are looking for a sports activity for your child or for an alternative from the boring gym fitness routine, martial arts is unlike any other sport because at the core of the training, the emphasis is on personal development. Anyone can begin martial arts - any age, any fitness level. My son has ADHD and he was so hyperactive that we were getting notes from the school about him continually disrupting the class.

My son loves going every week. He was not so active and now that he has been going here for the last three months, he's a different kids and I'm loving it. ATA is so kind with everyone who walks in their doors. Everyone that works that has been so nice and always has time to talk if you beed too. THANK YOU ATA family

The School is amazing. The Wade family are amazing instructors and they positively influence You everyday. We signed up our daughter at first, and after few months we all ended up as a Wade warriors :-D.

Great school and culture at the school. I know my children have been positively influenced by what they have been taught here. The head instructors and the staff are excellent. They are always focused on helping the student grow in both martial arts and in their personal lives. The tools they will learn from here will have a meaningful impact on the rest of their lives.
