Texas Best, particularly Jackie Black, was my property manager for 2 years. During that time she had 3 assistants that handled the house. The house had so many problems (rats, plumbing issues, electrical problems, structural issues) and the first 2 assistants stayed on top of everything. 3rd assistant is where things went awry. She was rude and unprofessional and rather than take responsibility for her employee, Jackie refused to talk to me and tried to force me to deal with the assistant only. I was really disappointed in her lack of professionalism. If you are a property owner I’d think twice
