Colin O'Neil was a true pleasure to work with while selling my house. He was open and upfront on what it would take to get my home ready to sell and it paid it off big time. He brought the information for establishing a sales price, we went over and I went with his recommendation. We listed, had six showings and 4 offers within two days. Sold the property for full value.
