Highly recommend this place!! The help was awesome, and there was no fee for an initial analysis. The cost was about a tenth of what I would paid for a new laptop. I now know where to go should anything else arise in the future. This was my second experience as a customer. I still have the same cat. Probably not my last visit.

Got my iPhone 11 screen replaced it took half an hour and it was 99 bucks. Can't beat that! I definitely recommend these guys. I was very impressed with the operation, and their reputation speaks for itself. Highly recommended. Totally awesome place.

Excellent service! Reliable and knowledgable staff. There was an issue with my iPhone, and they did everything to correct the situation. Excellent quality iPhone screen repair that's guaranteed for 6 months. I went to the computer help desk, they tested computer and all looked OK. They had my screen in stock and turn around time was same day at a very reasonable price.

This place stocks knockoff Apple screens that break immediately, do shoddy repairs and this last time didn't even bother to screw my phone back together after they replaced my screen for probably the 5th time in 6 months. After replacing my screen here I've had numerous problems with my phone including glitches, parts of the screen not responding to touch and their screens are HEINOUSLY fragile even with screen protector and case on the phone. My partner and I own a business in this neighborhood so we like to support other local businesses here on Broad street but these people are straight

Great service. Knowledgeable technicians. We go here everytime any piece of our home electronics break. I got my phone screen repaired even at my home. They had mobile at home services too! We love shopping for screen protectors and phone covers and charges here on a shopping walk in downtown. Great place and should be everyones first choice!

These 5 star reviews here are REAL. Don't get fooled by another phone repair shop's 5 star reviews because they offer some free gift if they write 5 star review for them. Anyway, before I choose where to fix my iphone 6s plus's screen, I read some of the reviews here and they all seemed legit, so I choose to meet Alex. As others described, he did the job in 20 minutes with using genuine iphone parts. While I was waiting for my phone get fixed, we had a conversation and he told me that his goal is to see 50 of 100% truly honest reviews. Alex, you deserve 5 star review! Good luck

My phone all but exploded on me earlier and we were left with no choice but to get it repaired. We found Mr Fix online (and a coupon!) and then went to see them on E.Broad St.. We talked to Denis and 30 min after my phone was fixed and back to 100%. He was very professional and helpful! I am so thankful for the quick repair and excellent service. Saved our lives!!
