We have an MSI computer that needed to have its charging port soldered. Dan was great in communicating with me the repair needed, the cost and the time frame! We’ve had the machine back for a few months now and it’s running really well. Highly recommend!

Dan fixed my almost-dead water damaged Macbook Air last month. I had truly not expected it to be brought back to life. This was my first time at Technesia and I cannot say enough good things about Dan. He's professional, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I took my laptop to Technesia about a month ago as it was having power issues. The technician was very responsive and allowed me to bring my laptop the next day. Technesia was very communicative throughout the whole repair process and updated me when the part would be available, and when my laptop would be fixed. The prices were also very fair. I will definitely use Technesia again in the future for any repair needs because they are so quick and professional.

I brought my 2013 MacBook to Dan because it was hot while running. Dan replaced the thermal paste and ran some checks to see how hot it was actually running. It was ultimately in an acceptable range and has been manageable since (I was most concerned with the heat doing damage). He did offer to reinstall the OS to a previous version within the next 30 days as an alternate if the heat was still bothersome which I really appreciated but decided was not needed. Dan was responsive to my texts and working out drop off/pick ups. I will definitely use him again in the future if needed!

Definitely come see Dan for all of your computer repair needs! I came in for a macbook battery replacement, and got my macbook back good as new. His prices are very reasonable, I called around and checked with apple themselves and they were charging about double what Dan was. Very professional and got my laptop back in a timely manner.

I went to this guy about a month ago or so in order to look at a couple of old PCs I had laying around after my old one broke, even had em back up data from a broken HDD and let me tell you one thing: Dan knows what he's doing. Dan is very professional with his work, and was able to recover all of the data from the broken Hard Drive despite telling me some things may be missing. Best part is that none of it was corrupted, including the videos. Typically gets things done relatively fast, quicker than most repair shops in this area. One thing I'll admit, is that communication can sometimes be hazy

When my laptop was originally presenting issues I brought it to the Apple Store to be checked out. They told me that I should not bother fixing the issue and buy a new laptop. At that point I ended up doing more research and found Dan. I reached out to him and was met by a fast response. He fixed my laptop within a day for what was a tiny fraction of the cost of what it would have been to purchase a new laptop from Apple. Would recommend to anyone.

Dan was truly wonderful to work with! He upgraded my rundown 2012 MacBook Pro at a great value. I still had some issues with the computer afterwards, and he took a look at it and replaced a part I suspected was still wonky at no cost. He's extremely responsive and professional, and I would absolutely go to him again.
