I am an author I have 10 books on Kindle Amazon and when I'm ready to publish I send my manuscript an artwork lately for cowsandpigsmaketheearthwarm.com The name of my latest Book and I sent it to a computer company and they turned it into a file that I can upload to Kindle when I got my West file to upload it would not upload

I AM AN AMAZON KINDLE AUTHOR AND WHILE PUBLISHING MY 10TH BOOK COWSANDPIGSMAKETHEEAERTHWARM.COM THE COMPUTER COMPANY THAT TURNS MY TRANSCRIPT INTO THE PERFECT DOWNLOADABLE/UPLOADABLE FILE INSTEAD TURNED MY TRANSCRIPT INTO A NONUPLOADABLE FILE. Having a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, I am still stumbling in certain aspects of computer technology and communications in my work. I've been using Vito @ Tech Monkey since 2014. He built two gaming rigs for me, and then helped me replace parts that were out of my wheelhouse almost 7 years later (after nearly 7 straight years of intense, daily use, this is the first time I've had an issue with either PC).
He's fast, knowledgeable, definitely convenient to work around, and has really fair prices. No weird mansplaining or "IT person" eye-rolls which can be common when looking for tech support. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Philly area!

I dont really write reviews, but TechMonkeyMan is above exemplary. I've been a customer of TechMonkey inc and now im still a customer with TechMonkeyMan not just because of the work he does but also because of how well mannered and professional he is. TechMonkeyMan was great for me because while I could not drop my device off to Vito, he has a service in which he comes, picks up and drops off my device which made this very convenient for me. i've looked everywhere Vito has the prices along with high quality service to most definitely earn a 5 star rating

Trust is as important as the actual service that Vito gives and I Trust in Vito and the work he does completely. My laptop had an issue with the charging port so I brought it back to TM for a fixing. Once again, nothing but good service and fair pricing. They were able to service my laptop without replacing the charge port, but told me that I could bring it back if the computer stops charging and that I'd only pay for the price of the part. I had my laptop back within a day and a half and it was as good as new. Thank you Tech Monkey!

Earlier this year (2012), we had two, yes, that's right, two Dell desk top computers (one was about three years old and one was 16 months old) with hard drives that went bad; fortunately, it was not at the same time.
Although I have a computer guy who takes care of my basic maintenance, he recommended I take each of the machines, as the problems occured, to the computer "surgeons" at Tech Monkey. The computer doctors completed the surgical procedures of installing new hard drives successcully. One computer, i regret to say lost it's contents but they were able to duplicate
