Been living here for about 4 years now and it was not a bad place to live until recently. Work orders take forever to get done if at all. I've spoke to multiple neighbors and all say they have mold in the bathroom. I told management and of course they will look into it.....it's been months. The worst is when I renewed my lease this last time. I signed the lease documents about a month before it expired and they told me "they ran out of 12 month leases" the office said they might have a 10 month lease available.....nope those ran out too. So now I got a 8 month lease and have to pay more money monthly

Been here for a month and I already love staying here! Very spacious units, two free parking spots and pretty reasonable rent $! Also the manager Michael is so nice and does a very great job managing two locations!! Chico the maintenance guy is awesome he got all of our issues in our unit fixed so quickly! (They both deserve a pay raise lol) Location is great just off of hwy99 super close to all the grocery stores and i5/205!

I like living here. Close to everything. 10 minutes from downtown Vancouver. The office manager is laid back and not mean like some managers are. Maintenance is great too. I just renewed for another year.

Moved here from back East for a job and I found this place. I really like living here. The office manager is very professional and funny. The maintenance man is quick to get your work orders done quickly. Being from back east, you don't get customer service this good. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an Town Home in Vancouver.

Ant problem and maintenance request take about a month to get completed but the office manager is awesome and it’s a lot of space for a two bedroom apartment!

Staff are rude, I’ve emailed, made several phone calls and left messages over time and no one responds. Very, very particular about what you can and can’t have on your patio out back (for instance, you’re allowed only certain colored patio furniture, no welcome mat, a certain amount of potted plants) etc... there’s not even grass where there should be, uneven ground that they’ve thrown in broken mitchmatched cinder blocks to try to cover it up...their “grounds” are terrible and they charge 5 star pricing, but don’t give even 1 star service to their residents. Just got a notice yesterday that starting 8/1/19 they will be charging a 75$ late fee if you don't pay your rent by the 4th. This isn't a late fee because they charge 200$ late fee after the 5th. It's just an inconvenience fee for not paying on the first of the month. They want you to pay before or on the first,,the only problem with that is you can't pay rent early on there portal which is the only way they will receive rent. The manager crystal told me that they weren't allowed to take money orders or checks any longer just have to pay on the portal which I believe is

The community is nice. We had a lot of issues moving in that were all eventually fixed. The one thing I don’t like is there are a lot of fees. If you leave something on the porch that isn’t aloud you get fined with no warning. But overall it’s a decent place to live.

Great little complex, quieter and well maintained. Prices are comparable to everyone else in the area and the staff work very very hard to keep this property in top shape! The units are spacious for a small family, with great storage space and nice appliances!

No one is ever in there office ,no one returns calls email that block 88 sent says new hours ,now not open ,NO EMERGENCY NUMBER ON CALL NOTHING, been here almost over 3 years awful business

I moved in last august, ive never had any issues with maintenance whenever i need something they're available. i loved the new appliances and the layout of the house when we applied last year; which is what pulled me in. we've just recently gotten new management & things have really started improving, we have a workout room and they're working on a pool now which is a + for the summer. very quiet apartments. very nice first place i would recommend

Lived here for a year and a half and didn't have 1 problem that I can think of. The manager Diana Rider, was always a joy to deal with. Great bunch of neighbors. Quiet and keep to themselves mostly. A really nice little peaceful oasis in the middle of a not so peaceful part of town.
