This was my first time at this vet and will be my new go-to. I was so worried about my dog being in pain and having to wait for an appointment days later but the staff and veterinarian were so empathetic getting me in within the first 5 minutes of me being there and taking care of my dog. If you're anything like me and your pets are family you really want a reliable cost-effective vet that treats you with respect and treats your pets like more than just animals. I appreciate them so so much for their care and big hearts, the fair pricing puts them that much more ahead of any other vet in this area

I'm giving 3 stars because I like Dr. Megan but I really do not like the front desk staff. Called to make an appointment last week and was told they were booked up but that I could walk in. No mention of certain walk in times. I came at 1 and was told I had to wait until 2. So I sat in my car for an hour. Let them know I was still here just before 2 and I am now currently still waiting at 2:20 for a room to open even though I keep seeing other people get checked in that got here after me. I somehow feel like this is on purpose because I wasn't happy about waiting another hour when someone should
