I have been in the family's Heating and Air Conditioning business my whole life starting from the bottom, washing trucks, working my way to the top one step at a time from installation, service, estimating, purchasing and any other roles you can think of.
I advanced to President of Total Comfort in 2006 following my dad's retirement and expanded the business into Plumbing and Insulation. I know every aspect of my business which helps me be the best leader I can be. My goal is to continue growing my business one customer at a time.

With rates rising, how can you stay cool and comfortable in your home and spend less on utility costs? Your answer may rest with new, energy-efficient HVAC equipment and its Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio or SEER. Air conditioners and heat pumps are assigned a SEER rating related to the unit's energy efficiency and performance for cooling.

Total Comfort Inc.and their staff are awesome!! My A/C went out at 2 pm on a very hot summer day. I called Total Comfort, spoke with Christina who was extremely nice and helpful. Christina worked with her crew and was able to squeeze my repair in same day. Kyle from Total Comfort showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue and went to work to fix my A/C unit and cool my house down again. Being that it is summer and I called late in the day, I am super grateful to the entire team at Total Comfort for helping me and my family out. Paid for their air/heating/plumbing maintenance annual plan in June and had an appointment. They were a no call no show. Called to complain, they set me up another appointment two weeks later. I called the day before to confirm the appointment, but again, they did not have me down and said they don't do maintenance in July or August....
Went to call and cancel, get my money back, and they had an opening the next day. Magic. The tech came out, checked the unit, refilled the Freon, used the hose to clean the fan, checked inside furnace, turned on the AC, and seemed to be running fine....

We called as a follow-up to our warranty service call and were told that they would be out in an hour and a half. They were even faster than that and after a quick check up were able to diagnose and fix our issue within about 30 minutes. The technician explained important things about our system that we didn't know and was extremely helpful and professional.

We appreciate how quickly Total Comfort responded when we told them our air conditioning quit working. Having only been in our newly-built home for less than two years, we were understandably concerned that such a problem occurred. We also worried that with the excessive heat predicted over the next few weeks being without air conditioning would be uncomfortable at best, and potentially a health risk. The technician, who was very polite and efficient, determined the problem was a leak in the cooling coil and let us know he would order the replacement of the offending part. Even though we were

This company is made up of a bunch of dubious folks that would try to take advantage of you. I had a technician come out to look at my air conditioning. It turns out he, Karl, was the only one that had an honest opinion. He told me there was a problem with the original installation done by Total Comfort when my home was built. He also said his office would contact me to correct the error without any charge to me.

My A/C unit stopped working over the holiday weekend and for all that are not aware these particular days were the hottest days of the year needless to say we were boiling over no...literally..melting ..lol..we had another company scheduled to come out however they did not make it so we reached out to Total Comfort Inc. and within 24 hours they were at my house I was greeted by a professional and friendly fella by the name of Kyle. "RANDY" is a must hire!!!!!!! don't hesitate one more second!!! His professionalism and attention to detail far exceeds anyone's expectations or general knowledge. Today we had Total Comfort Replace and Install a brand new AC unit and furnace in out house. Our previous AC unit was 20 years old, and wanted to update it. Randy and Anthony are Awesome!!! They did a fantastic job and my husband and I are very happy with the whole process. The whole installation team was great, professional, and finished the job within one day! I used the Nest Pro finder and contacted a couple Nest Pros in my area. The first one that responded happened to be Total Comfort. They set up an appointment to install my Nest Hello pretty quickly.
