I am very pleased with the service I have received from Neel Heating and Air. His service is prompt, he is competent, and his prices are fair. Don't let his quiet demeanor put you off. Mr. Neel is not much for lengthy conversation. But his work speaks for itself. I have used him three times now, both for heating and AC work and have been very satisfied.

My AC stoped working since Friday I been calling places and no one can come and today I was like almost give up and dial the last number, Jeff answered the phone right away and told me he can come 5:30 pm and he did!!! Super Fast Great Service!!! Highly recommend. Oh...BTW the price is cheaper then I thought.

Ripping off customers. Do not recommend.
I called him today, He charged $50 for diagnostic and give me repair estimate. When he come and checked my Air Condition he told me there will be $185 charge to fix. I ask him to tell me what's wrong, he refuse to tell me. So ONLY my choice is either pay him $50 FOR SERVICE CALL and leave my AC as is without fix or give him $185 to fix.
Finally I ask him to fix, He just replace one part "Dual Rated Motor Run Round Capacitor" which cost less than $10 at Home Depot see link below: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Unbranded-Packard-440-Volt-45-5-MFD

Jeff is top notch!!!! I had a couple guys out and was told I needed a whole new system. Jeff took his time and properly diagnosed our issue (a clogged line). He fixed it and low and behold system still running like a champ. I recommend Jeff at Neel Heating and Air 100%. He is an honest man!!!!!!! So thankful I called him

I had a really good experience with these guys, my air conditioner went out on a Sunday (of course!) and it was already over a 100 degrees out so I was getting a bit nervous because I figured I wouldn't be able to get anyone out to my place until maybe Monday (if I was lucky). I called these guys and they came right out, I figured they'd completely screw me out of at least one paycheck but they ended up being really nice guys, very honest and professional. I recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
