Bring current glasses, contact lenses, and contact prescription or box with you on the day of your exam. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to allow time for registration. In order to bill your insurance we must have your current insurance information. When you arrive, you will need to present your insurance card(s) and a form of photo identification.

Sometimes you don't realize how bad something is until you change horses - which I have now just done. But they will not give me a file which is a baseline photo of my retina. They have printed and snail mailed my records, but state that they cannot e-mail a high res file of my retina scan because of security issues ( which I need as a baseline to determine if an issue is getting worse). So they mailed low res scan and all my written records where they can sit in a mailbox at the end of a driveway easily stolen - but cannot e-mail a photo to me directly because of security rules? I'm giving this office a 5 star rating for many reason. *I love the check-in setup they have for covid-19 making me feel comfortable going here. *The office is ran well with appointment booking, reminders, knowing my insurance benefits, etc. *All staff members have been professional and friendly. *The office seems very hygienic. *I was thoroughly informed of the process and possible outcome of my surgery helping me to make a well informed decision.

Never again will I return to this place. Just had an eye exam. Dr. Was well aware that I have not had an exam since I was a child and not once did he tell me that I will have impaired vision after placing drops in my eyes. Not only that, he did not give me dark glasses to protect my dilated pupils & I had to drive like this!!! This is not exceptional service and they had to care for my well being. Not to mention none of the receptionist had smiles or a welcoming greeting. Looks great from the outside but looks can be deceiving, I do not recommend this place!
