Paid for my mom and daughter to go get pedicure and manicure in shellac and it was a great value and very nice staff and their nails turned out amazing! Both very happy with the services and their nails! Highly recommend going back there and to someone to.

Love Ruby Nails! Had my 4 year olds birthday today and she wanted her nails done! The staff was so sweet, kind, and accommodating to making my little lady and 7 year old boy feel comfortable and special! Definitely will go back!

Yea don’t go here. i came here because they had 4.4 stars thinking i would have great service. i called a day in advanced asking for a full set of gwl,and when i came in the lady continued to put acrylic on my nails. two of them aren’t even the same length and some look extremely chunky. my sister also came in asking for tips on her toes so the length would match on all of them. they said it would be no problem, but proceeded to tell her she didn’t need it and had two other people tell her she didn’t need that. my sister still did not get what she asked for and was charged 50 DOLLARS FOR

I wanted my acrylic nails soaked off and then shellac put on my natural nails. I say for 35min with my fingers in a bowl of acetone. Then they put acetone on my nails for 5 more min after rubbing it off the first time. Then the paint job was messy and looked completely unprofessional. My fingers are extremely sensitive now from being in acetone for that long, that combined with how bad the shellac job was.. I definitely won't be back.

Walked in to the receptionist just lounging in the waiting area, there were toenail clippings on the floor, and the owner was screaming at people across the shop the entire time. It was so chaotic in there! I had planned to get a fill and pedicure with a friend, my nail tech was very impersonal and on his phone the whole time FaceTimeing someone. He said maybe 3 words to me, kept grabbing and yanking my arm and never asked how I wanted my nails. I got chrome nails ($15 upcharge) and it is flaking off literally 2 days later. My friend and I skipped the pedicures due to the uncomfortable environment

I've been coming here for the past 4 months after having an amazing first experience and each time i come it gets BETTER! today i had the best pedicure i've ever had in my whole LIFE. Hannah spent SO much time clipping my cuticles, filing my nails, and scraping any dead skin off. I also got the best 10 MINUTE leg/foot massage. This place is AWESOME!!! i'll be a customer here forever.

I called to make a same day appointment for the afternoon. When I walked in for my appointment, I was serviced right away! Vee did my nails and she was so incredibly kind. My nails look exactly the way I pictured, and high quality too. Very happy with the service, environment and prices of this place. Will definitely return when I am back in the area!

I tried this nail salon because I needed a shellac manicure and my normal place wasn't open. I hate leaving negative reviews, especially when the staff was so nice, but I was very unimpressed.
I immediately noticed the station itself was covered in nail dust from the previous clients. The nail tech started by pulling tools out of her drawer, instead if grabbing clean ones...this really concerned me, because places I've been always open freshly sanitized tools. At one point, she reached over and grabbed buffers/files from the next station that they were using on another customer. Cleanliness

I just love Ruby Nails. I always see Kimberly! She always pays extra special attention to the special things I request. The owners husband is a great help. They have an array of awesome colors. I would like to see more pastel colors in the dip which is what I alway get. They are the best by far. I drive from Holland just because the quality of work is what I desire and a set technician!

The techs are super nice and I once came in 40 minutes before close and they did my nails with no complaints! At first I had a great experience getting a pedi and acrylics from Ruby's. But the more I went, the more problems I had and saw of other customers. My acrylics began to fall off even after I got a fresh set. During a pedi with my friend, my friend got her toenails cut so far back they started to bleed. When I was getting a fill the lady next to me was getting her acrylics taken off and the salon tech took the tool to take off her acrylics (it's suppose to go in between the acrylic

I've been to Rubys 4 times. I try to be a loyal customer because the lady's are very nice, however the quality has decreased since my first time going there. I get a full set of gel nails and for the last couple times, there have been visible dents and bumps. They always charge more than the prices on the board. Mine are always 45$ but the board says 33$. Sadly I don't think I will be returning because my last visit has been the worst. My nail tech was rushing and it turned out bad. :(

Thank you Ruby's for accommodating our wedding party of 6 all at once! We all got manis and pedis, with a few other things thrown in. They gave us a few bucks off our pedis for group discount. Linda, the owner was very nice and they made sure to give the bride special treatment (paraffin feet and hand dips). We all got french tips and they look great! They clean up the french line part as they paint, so it looks a lot better than just freehanding the line (does that make sense?) They have about 10 chairs for pedis, so definitely could have handled a few more people. They worked us well into
