Today my daughter and I came in to have our nails/toes done. Nina did a great job on my Dip manicure and Amy was so kind and patient with my daughter! We both felt very well cared for and the value can’t be beat!

If I could give them a minus star I would. My granddaughter spent 2 hours there to have acrylics and a design done. She made an appointment at 1:30 and was there for 2 hours. She said when putting the design on they kept redoing them. When she came home and showed me , we went back to request at least a $10 refund for the absolute terrible job on the painting. They said they would redo and I said no way she's already sat here for 2 hours. We were refused any money in return after several requests. I said why would she want them repainted when obviously they could not get them done decently

The first time I stumbled on this place I had a great experience and a great pedicure, I thought this would be my new go-to spot. Unfortunately, each time after that was a less than desirable experience and after my last visit I will not be returning. Also, the young man who did a good job on my nails the first time, I have not seen there since my first visit.

I'm almost reluctant to write this as I don't want people to know about this hidden gem but also feel bad about that one lonely, bad review on this page. The people at Vip are great! They always do a very thorough job of getting my nails looking beautiful. Pricing is reasonable compared to other salons around town. They have a good selection of polish colors to choose from in regular and no-chip. They recently upgraded all of their chairs, pedicure and manicure, so now it's even nicer. And the best part is I am easily able to walk in without an appointment and get service. I think
