My shellac began to peel after 1 week. I stopped by the salon at 2pm for a repair on only two nails and they told me that I needed to come back at 6pm. I told them that I lived very far and they said they had no time. How hard was it to squeeze me in for two small nail repairs????? Never again. And my shellac has a bumpy finish. Don't waste your money.

I went here because they were the only place in a 15 mile radius that had availability on a Saturday morning. I guess that should have been my first clue to the nasty experience I had there. First of all, before anything else, I watched my nail person go from a pedicure to my manicure without washing her hands. I watched multiple other employees do the same. I came here because I had 2 broken Acrylic nail tips and one more cracked on my walk from the car to the salon. I asked her to fix all 3 and just put a different color on. No fill. Instead of removing the broken ones she just filed the tip

I have been going to T &N for over 5 years now. I have never had a bad experience. It rarely happens but if I chip off nail polish they fix it for no charge. I do shellac on my toes and dip on my nails.
I see that someone wrote a 2 star review talking about having to many people to serve in the salon. I always make an appointment and even ask when their slow days and times are. I recommend doing this to avoid any wait.

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year. Helen and the other nail techs are truly professionals. I was saddened to hear that they had recently experienced a fire. There has been some construction to the stores in that plaza. One night, there was a construction error and Helen had to call 911. With these troubled times it was very unfortunate that they had to close for fire repair. They have just reopened on November 10th and are ready to meet all of your salon needs. I'm very unhappy to say I have an infection in both of my big toes after a pedicure at T & N Nail Salon. Aggressive trimming of my inner cuticles and what I can only guess is unclean tools or unclean pedicure chair/bath resulted in very painful toes, doctor's visit and antibiotics. I'll spare you the photo! Over the past year I have had several pedicures at T & N - very disappointed but this is my first (and last) infection.

I've always had exceptional service at T & N nails. I've been visiting for many years. Helen is very accommodating and Amy's pedicures are phenomenal. I've built a relationship with these ladies and I highly recommend this salon. I enjoy my time there and look forward to the massage chairs and general self care I get when I visit.

I was here the other day and the service was great. They were friendly, and can hold a conversation with their customers. The pedicurist and manicurist took good care of me while they worked with me. The store's atmosphere was pleasant. I had a massage, manicures, and pedicure done. They treated me very well, and I'll definitely be coming back again soon.
