Home Sweet Home Care is an independently owned and operated private duty non-medical home care agency. We are licensed as a home services agency by the state of Illinois, license # 3000130. For over 13 years, our staff has assisted clients in La Grange, Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Oak Park, River Forest, Elmhurst, Chicago, IL and the surrounding communities.
Our caregivers are available from a few hours per week to 24 hours per day including weekends and holidays. We will work with you to access your loved ones needs and set up a care plan that will insure the client's health, safety and happiness. Home Sweet Home Care provides services anywhere they are needed: private home, retirement community, nursing home, hospital, rehabilitation center, assisted living facility.
