We were referred to Signature Agency by my Mom’s doctor, who had several satisfied patients using the agency for home health services.
My mom at first was very hesitant to have a stranger around her house but the agency’s manager, Beata,l took time to meet with her couple times to go over the process and to ease her into this new experience. That part alone helped us tremendously but the caregiver she sent, Kristina, turned out to be an angel sent from heaven.
