Everything started out great we saw the car online and bought it within 2 days. Took the car for a Maryland inspection the following week, car failed due to back tires. Called Paul as soon as it happened and he promised to buy 2 used tires for the car. Weeks went by and Paul called me asking if I got my car reinspected.
