I would just like to start off by saying I've been to a number of different Porsche dealerships and this is by far the most professionally run dealership that I've ever been to. Everybody there will drop what they're doing and pitch in to get the job done. Dave Szymanksi was my sales person ( Master Porsche brand ambassador) and is an absolute star. I would say this is probably the premier Porsche dealership on the East Coast. I'm a repeat customer and I think that speaks for itself. Jake

This place has really awful customer service. I sent a web inquiry about a Porsche Cayenne Coupe GTS ($120k+) I received an email within a few minutes from Michael Young which was positive. After that everything went south.

No return phone calls, nobody answers the phone, no return texts. Just rude. I even followed up by leaving a message for Alex the General Sales Manager and 3 hours later called again with no response. I have bought more than 10 Porsches over the years, and I've never dealt with a dealership with such terrible service.

I would normally give this dealership 4+ stars, as Mike is great to work with. However, on my last (very recent) visit, NO ONE had masks on in the dealership (when I commented on that to the receptionist, she said they all had them nearby. Seriously? This is unbelievable because of their high number Coronavirus cases in DE. They provided a rental, but it didn't seem like it had been properly sanitized. Just beware.

Top-notch service at Porsche Delaware! Mike Adams and his team couldn't have done any better to make sure that I knew what to expect before and during my service appointment. They made sure all of my questions were answered, explained how long the service would take, set up a loaner, and even offered coffee even though I wasn't sticking around. Their level of care is exceptional!

I highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Dave Szymanski he was highly professional and competent. Dave got me the deal I wanted and the numbers beat out other dealerships. I bought a Cayman S and Dave helped me get tints and new rims put on while I was out of town. The car was ready to be picked up without waiting and was flawless. I will definitely will use Dave for my next car and buy from this dealership.

Smooth, flexible when I needed to change, got me in another Porsche. Professionalism. David Szymanski recognized a repeated customer and handled every step of the way. Took care of the majority of paperwork prior to arriving - repeated customer even though now livining out of state for my last two vehicles.

If I could give them more stars I would. Their service is impeccable. They are knowledgeable, quick, accommodating, and friendly. It really does not get any better. They do understand service. I am a fan. We live in Philadelphia and we still choose this dealership for all of our concerns and service appointments.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE !!!!
I called on a 2011 Infinity QX56 that was advertised for $53,000 I was told by the general manager that the vehicle was in perfect condition, they also went on to tell me that the car was traded by a return customer and it only had 7 thousand miles on it however the vehicle was advertised with 20 thousand miles, I explained that I was not from the area and it would take me about 6 hrs of driving to get there and I did not want any surprises, Sean the general manager assured me the car was perfect so I left a $1000 deposit on my credit card. Just had a wonderful experience with them. I got turned off by other dealers who seemed to be selling Chevys rather than upscale cars. These guys were friendly, knowledgable and not pushy. And they had good prices and great coffee.

BTW the salesman was John Mase
