The only real bad thing I can say is that there is no outside storage so a lot of the porches look like a garage explode. Oak Manor Villas is THE apartment community of choice in Bay City, TX. The best part of living here is the staff. The property managers are courteous and respond quickly, whether it's a repair issue or an administrative need. Repairs are addressed quickly, parking is plentiful, the property is fenced, and rent is payable online or by check. I also like that I'm so close to my job at STP.

Absolutely love this place. I’m new to Bay City and have both lived and visited complex’s around this area and OakManor villas are by far my favorite ones. The management is very attentive and will make you feel at home right when you walk into their office. I have never felt so welcome The gated community and up keep of the property made me love it that much more. I’m glad to call this place HOME ❤️

Love love love Oak Manor Villas! Gated community, kids can play freely. Never any break ins or any concerns of leaving stuff out and someone taking it. If I could live here forever, I definitely would! Management is always thorough and always give notices and attend to any problems swiftly.❤☝️We moved here from Houston and are going on 3 years at Oak Manor Villas.

Great place to raise a family. Nice sidewalks, playground and pool. Plenty of lawn to play catch or kick the soccer ball. The staff is so nice and very quick to help you with anything you bring to their attention. They have community contests with prizes during holidays and have things for the kids too (such as Christmas craft day with gifts and food). The fact that the neighborhood is gated makes us feel very safe as well. The actual town home is very modern and has a nice open layout. Super nice big bathrooms and big kitchen. Would not recommend Oak Manor Villa First the deposit is too much to begin and they do not give you YOUR deposit which is a lot of money that's almost $1000 back as they should. That is unethical and awful. They will honestly find reasons to keep your money.
I suggest if you are desperate to move in make sure you get renters insurance. DO NOT MOVE IN WITH OUT RENTERS INSURANCE because the deposit is too much and the their goal is to find a way to keep it. That's a lot of money.
Many tenants there have pit bulls which is a reason I drove my kids to the bus stop daily and had a neighbor pick them

Moved across the country into Oak Manor, and I love it so far. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and has gone above and beyond to help make my move as smooth as possible. The facilities are in very good condition, which is the reason for the higher security deposit. The walls are insulated very well and you can't hear a thing from the adjoining units. One of the best places to live in Bay City

Moved in a month ago and so far so great. Very quiet and well maintained. No issues moving in and Veronica was amazing. We started our move in process a week before Hurricane Harvey and to our surprise it did not flood in the complex at all. We were able to move in a few days after the Hurricane. Veronica kept us updated the whole way through. I love it here.
