I've only been on the property one year.
I considered moving from the apartments due to a situation beyond managements control and covid-19.
For the most part maintenance response is good.
Could probably spruce up front porches and patio areas. There's a lot of clutter throughout.
Maybe have police patrol the apartment grounds nightly. There happens to be a HIGH volume of night traffic in and out on the grounds.

Air conditioning is terrible and never works. i cant take a bath cause it leaks into my downstairs neighbors place. was promised $300 off my rent for being a referral for someone who got approved and haven’t gotten it after three months of being told i would. anyway my lease is almost up and i won’t be renewing :)

Special Thanks to the maintenance team out here in Meadow Chase my apartment looks very nice after having the new onsite manager put in a work order for new blinds and a hole that’s been in my kids room forever. TJ and Carlos came over right away and repaired both discrepancies! Now my apartment looks neat and clean again 👌🏽I appreciate the hard work and accuracy keep up the good team work

I was considering getting an apartment here. After speaking with tenants on some of the issues there, no way would I live here. Continual air conditioning problems as well as other maintenance issues are not attended to satisfactory. Air conditioning is essential for my family as we have health issues.
Why would an apartment management office disregard maintenance issues? I find this insane. I hope to get this problem addressed as I have many friends who suffer daily who reside at Meadow Chase.
