Me and my dad lived there for 15 years! It was nice until the new property management company took over and the new manager Amanda is rude they don't care about anyone! My dad is 70 years old with Parkinson's disease! They forced us to move out when I asked why the manager replied I don't have to tell you why! Worst experience of my dad's life! Absolutely No Compassion!

Beware !!! I beeen renting here for a few months and I been having an issue with my A/C unit. I told the manager multiple times and she always says she will send some one to fix it but they never do. I had to call my Own AC repair main and told the manager that we had a bad compressor, she was very rude and did not answer our calls even tho she was at her office. Do not lease here the manager will not care or help you if you have an issue in you'r apartment

I had the pleasure of renting here for almost 2 years. From move in to move out, I had nothing but amazing experiences at this complex. The manager, Amanda, was always happy to assist in meeting any needs I had. She was a smiling and welcoming face every time I went into the office. If I had any maintenance issues, Amanda was quick to get the order in and have it addressed as soon as possible. Both maintenance men, Ryan and Don, were also extremely nice/welcoming. They never talked down to me and always explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Even if I wasn’t home, I knew what was

Apartment manager Amanda Garza is soo rude to tenants and visitors, she was taking pics of cars and I asked her what was the cause, and she rolled her eyes and told me I dont have to answer any of your questions, I felt as if she was stereotyping, I tried to apply for an apartment months ago but I changed my mind and continued to reside in Dallas tx, I've worked for UAH Property management and I understand correct protocol for towing cars and giving information needed for corporate office. I was told that she doesnt have to give that information so I asked about the card on her desk, because she
