Our very own Aaron Batley is a certified CPM by the Institute of Real Estate Management (I.R.E.M.). This national organization is devoted to the development of professional real estate management and is a division of the National Association of Realtors. Certified Property Managers (CPM) are recognized as experts in real estate management, and they are at the top of the profession.
An alumni of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Alex has been fortunate enough to find success in his hometown of Newport Beach through real estate and the diverse opportunities that come from it. His first job out of college was to help transition an up and coming property management company from paper and pencil, to computer software and develop the first real estate rental website of its kind in the area.

With fall upon us, this is the time of year to prep your yard for the cooler temperatures. With the temperatures averaging in the low 60's Newport Beach rarely has to worry about freezing temps, but with lows hitting the 40 degree mark it's smart to be prepared. The unauthorized entry came after Zoe contacted me letting me know she would be with them. No one came with the realtor the. Or any other time. You made the contact with me. My contract is with you not the owner. And I have proof in writing from the realtor. This will be followed up in court. Once I go to the trouble of filing the paperwork I won't back down! Way to leave a bad taste in your renters

I was getting married in the Newport Area and Balboa Realty was able to house all of my family in two convenient locations. This really made the planning process easy and their staff was so friendly. Balboa Realty created a turn-key situation for us with our rental home. We had previously been with another management firm and it was becoming very stressful due to lack of communication and poor decision making by the company. We switched to BR and they found an ideal candidate for us, had great communication, and they truly seem to care about our concerns and needs. Aaron in particular has been very helpful to work with and we no longer worry about the rental property. We know we are in good hands. Highly recommend Balboa Realty.

Great experience using this company. Rented a place on Balboa peninsula a few weeks ago for family trip. Property was updated and nice and clean. Called for minor issues and staff was courteous and responsible. Quick responses and very professional even one time being after hours. I Would use this company again.

I have been dealing with one of the Principals, Artie Dorr, for almost a year as Balboa took over the management of the rental property I was living in. First, they have a great online portal which makes it easy to pay rent and to submit any maintenance requests. Artie and team have been very responsive to phone calls, texts, emails and portal requests. And on top of all that, Artie is just a super approachable, professional and nice guy!

Overall every conversation attempt with this realtor was met wit one excuse after another then it switched to blame pleading and finally sarcastically excusing the rude unprofessional barrage of replies Beware of the overhead egos in this case. Need an ice bucket to get the head through the door to any home they show. Which is none. Then the referral I asked for as a solution or any help sent me on an obviously inappropriate business that was a wild goose chase. They obviously have become so attached to the outcome they have forgotten the most important things are not how you look online but
