My daughter got married at their sister venue, The Log Cabin. We used Delaney for our reception dinner and guest accommodations. The reception dinner was delicious!! The attention to details by staff was consistent, considerate & professional!
I will go back for a weekend away and some playtime at/on Mt. Tom next time!

One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Super clean in all areas and the room was so quiet. We couldn’t hear our neighbors at all. The room itself is a bit small but clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. The pool was smaller but very clean. Hot tub was nice too. The restaurant in property was fantastic and complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Location is 10 minutes from anything but a great property and staff team. I have 2 kids and although it’s adult only swim after 7 they allowed us in as no adults were using it.

What we enjoyed most was the overall clean and updated feeling of the hotel. Also the friendliness of the staff. Oh, and the high quality breakfast. Don't want to forget about the quietness. Plus convenient parking. And the great rate on booking.com. Well, I guess there wasn't just one great thing about our stay, there was so much we appreciated about it. Its location is a bit out in the weeds, but maybe that's a good thing.

What an epic disappointment. The toilet in our room won't flush properly. The tub won't hold water long enough to take a bath. The hot tub is "closed for maintenance.". And the tiny pool is 4.5 ft deep at the deep end. We expected a pleasant stay at a nice hotel, but it was one problem after another. The patio was closed during breakfast (more maintenance) and there was no room for everyone to sit.

I had my wedding hotel block at the D Hotel Suites & Spa a week ago. It was a great experience working with the staff leading up to the event. Hannah was our coordinator and she did everything to make sure we were happy customers! They even collected our hotel bags and left them in our guest rooms prior to arrivals.

Nice rooms. Wish the shower was a little larger. They have a small pool and spa indoors. The kids had some fun in that before we headed out for the day. The staff is very friendly and always say hello. We did not get to try out an of the spa stuff. I would have liked the wifi to have been better. The kids had trouble watching their tablets as they kept getting kicked off.

My fiancé and I had a great stay here in Aug 2020. The staff was extremely friendly and all necessary precautions were in place for safety during the current pandemic. We never felt at risk during our stay, and still felt like we were able to utilize the amenities. We were able to schedule time in the pool, use their bike to ride on the rail trail, and have a delicious grab and go breakfast that was freshly cooked. Can't say enough good things! We also had dinner at the Delaney House next door and loved everything about it!

We stayed here for the first time December 22-25, traveling from New Jersey. On the morning of Dec. 24th, we found that our car window had been smashed and all of the contents of the car, consisting mostly of Christmas presents, were stolen. The hotel does not have ANY cameras outside in the parking lots. Our entire holiday was ruined. Instead of being on time for our family dinner, we needed to deal with police, insurance agents, and spent most of the day getting our window repaired.
We will not be staying there again, and you shouldn't either! We basically received an, Oh, I'm so

My second stay at the D Hotel. Great service. When my niece got sick with a headcold, front desk staff even gave her emergence-C over the counter medicine. Hot tub was awesome! Had dinner at Mick's...delicious meals and they even called us in our room when our table was ready...will definitely stay there again! A hidden jewel!

This was an amazing find! My husband and I stayed the night and were delighted with the amenities. The rooms were cutely prepared with a tiny pack of gummy bears on the pillow, salt lamp, stability ball chair, noise cancellation machine, foam roller and yoga mat! The indoor pool /whirlpool have adult swim hrs from 7-10pm, free breakfast til 930am and 2 on site restaurants with cool outdoor lounge areas to enjoy an adult beverage. Also noteworthy is its proximity to Northampton's array of nightlife and dining options. We will definitely be back!

We attended the Brimfrield Flea Market, the hotel is 40 min away from Brimfield (flea market) and 15 min away from MGM Casino (in Springfield). There is ample parking, a variety of outdoor seating (rocking chair and tables with seats) in front of the hotel entrance and additional outdoor seating outside of the first floor up a ramp or flight of steps. The hotel lobby is cozy with options to participate in a 500 piece puzzle or play a game of chess.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Ok location but everything was dirty and in the morning a maid knocked on my door - which had a "Do Not Disturb" tag on it. I yelled that someone was in here and they UNLOCKED my door and tried to come in anyway!! I've stayed in many hotels and have NEVER had this happen. I can't imagine was that person was thinking! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Our room was spacious and very quiet. Discovered the following morning walking down the hall that our neighbors had a baby but we never heard a peep from our room. No outside noise either. Fridge and Keurig, easy access to ice and vending. Breakfast included an omelette bar and good quality fresh fruit, flavored coffee, a tasty bread pudding. It was the best hotel breakfast I've had. Could have paid more to stay closer to Springfield, but glad we didn't. Would definitely stay here again. Appreciate the courtesy of the staff as well. Great job!

We chose to stay here, instead of a cheaper options, on our drive up to New Hampshire because of the amenities listed and google reviews that looked great.
- Our room faced the freeway and had truck sounds most of the night.
- The "gym" is a very small room with a few weights and two cardio machines -- no workout benches or stretching area.
- The breakfast was sub-par; we regret that we didn't find a local cafe.
- The room was adequate but stale air/damp from humidity.

The D Hotel and Suites is promoted as a boutique hotel, so when I needed a place to stay for a week while my bathroom was being renovated, I decided to have a little mini-vacation and treat myself and my kids to a nice place. Unfortunately, the actual experience of staying here was not at all what ads (and price...) would lead you to believe.
Compliments first - the staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful, and check in/out was a breeze. I also had a pedicure in the spa - Jillian was fabulous. Beds and pillows were lovely and the room was a nice size for myself and three kiddos. It would be

We had great stay here! Reasonably priced! Great complimentary breakfast! The spa on premise was amazing as well!
Housekeeping staff were especially considerate and friendly. I got a little bit of attitude from someone at the front desk, but we're all entitled to bad days.
I'm only giving them 4 stars because the WiFi wasn't that great but it was free.

OK, Yelp. Let's talk about the D.
It's clean, affordable, easy to access and located between two bustling areas but it didn't overwhelm me any which way.
Staff was sweeter than a truck full of pecan pies. I check in, they toss us some water bottles and told me I got a complimentary upgrade. Hmmm? Normally when you book from an outside source, as I did with booking.com, hotels don't really bend over backwards to give you any perks. Funny enough, our upgraded room was RIGHT across from the breakfast area. If I were to reach around my door, I wouldn't have to leave my room

Breakfast area was too small. Restaurant staff were rude. Ordered the flight of beer and waiter didn't spend the time to tell us which beers we were getting. Tried to reorder a beer from the flight using the number and was given the wrong beer. Went to an event at their off site venue and wait staff were even worse. Unaccommodating and the person who told us to go up for the buffet screamed something to that affect in my ear.

Nice property, nice staff.
The hotel was very nice with a very comfortable and welcoming lobby. The room was quite large and well furnished with a comfortable bed and chair. Good positioning of outlets and the clock had USB ports for charging. Biggest downside was that the elevator was very slow (so slow and apparently so often complained about that they have a sign on it saying that it is working properly and within required specs. I doubt they would have that up there if there had not been complaints so at least it was good to laugh at and adjust my expectations.
I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and neat. There is an indoor pool which is in some dire need of circulation. I wish the windows or door was open to let some fresh air in. The breakfast is ok. The quiche is the best, but was only served one out of the two days that I visited. The people at the front desk were very polite. Parking was easy. It's pretty close to Mt. Holyoke. It's just a 4 star hotel in my eyes. You'll see when you visit.
