I am so very pleased with Ocean Spray. Last year, I bought a 24 foot long extension wand for my personal pressure washer and tried to clean the black mildew off the eaves of my house. The results were poor and the mildew came back in just a couple months. Later, after doing some research, I learned that high-pressure, mechanical removal of mildew and mold is not only minimally effective, it’s also terrible for the outside surface of your home. I then decided that this was a job for the professionals.

Do not trust Ashton and his “3 year warranty” or any words that come out of his mouth. He left my Mother hanging after a terrible job on her deck sealing when he sold her on his “special”. The roof cleaning, house pressure washing and decking sealing was a value if you had all 3 done. The deck was cleaned and sealed by Ocean Spray also operating as tidewater professional services, which is a joke and scam and less than 3 months later it looked worse than it did when he started. The stain was flaking off in chunks and after repeated calls about the flaking Ashton tried to blame it on a bad

AMAZING!! My 1980's siding looks brand new! And my green fence is now white...and shiny! This was by far the easiest experience I've had with a contractor. I called, they answered right away...he answered all my questions and gave me a (great) quote over the phone. I scheduled that day and he was here just as promised, on-time, on the appointment day. This was the most painless process I have ever encountered for contracting a professional. I sent a message through the website, got an email quote a few hours later (a competitive price that was a bit lower than the other quotes I received) and a call the next day to see if I wanted to move forward. We set a time and date for a few days later and Ashton was on time, fast and thorough. What an improvement! The house looks SO GOOD and is white again! Excellent job. Could not ask for better. Really cleaned up very neglected (for several years) house, sidewalks, etc. Now looks bright like new. He is very personable, professional, and shows up on time. He goes the extra mile to do the job thorough and complete. He has the proper equipment to do a good job. Reasonably priced.
