We use oil absorbent (Oil-Dri general) socks around storm drains before work is started. Our staff includes qualified employees. Brick also collects dirt, mold, and mildew and must be cleaned. There are many types of brick; some brick cannot withstand as much pressure as others can. We can adjust the pressure to meet these needs.

Our technician, Rick, was fantastic! By far the best we've ever worked with. Someone in the family has chemical sensitivities and he made arrangements to only use chlorine in certain (green) spots and spray on some of our "Benefect" natural mold killer to make up for it. The job turned out wonderfully!

Called to get my roof, house, 2 wood decks, back patio, porch and driveway cleaned. talked to Danielle, very friendly and easy arrangements, not too hard on my wallet. Set it up to be cleaned while I was out of town. Great job on the roof and concrete patios and driveway, a bit disappointed with 1 deck and house, but my vinyl siding is oxidized as it is 25 years old. Usually power wash myself and hand/broom wash the siding. Always clean did not use bleach and using low pressure, this will not clean as good as I do myself, but still a good job was done. I received a quote within minutes of requesting an estimate, and it was a great price. The techs came out this morning and did a fantastic job. I had no idea my house/driveway could look so good. They even went above and beyond and did the last chunk of my patio that I hadn't finished without me asking, which I really appreciated. I'd absolutely recommend Always Clean to everyone. Had a wonderful experience with Always Clean when I called them out to pressure wash my first house. Rick made my new place sparkle and cleared away all of the old dirt and gunk. Never having used a power washing service before, I was shocked at how fast and efficient the procedure was. Will definitely be calling back in the future.

First, it was like pulling teeth to get them to complete the job in all contracted areas. Second, they supposedly didn't use bleach, but my neighbors and I are all clear that they definitely did use a bleach-based product because the first time it wasn't rinsed very well, and we could smell and see the residue. Third, there was a fair bit of damage to paint and gutters - paint chipped off on porches, gutters broken and left off (later "repaired" which meant banging out some dents and forcing it back on, when there was also a missing piece). The pressure washing itself seemed half-done. All in all

AMAZING JOB ON MY HOUSE. I own a 2 story townhouse with 2 sides front and back, there quoted price for my house was cheaper than what other companies quoted me. Friendly and fast employees. At first when they came out to power wash my house it was raining the entire day and I was skeptical that I wasn't going to see the same results as I would have seen on a day with better weather. They blew me away my house was super clean and deoxideized. They even power washed my small shed and walk way for free. I recommend to anyone. Great company!

Always Clean was the only one who actually called me back whereas other few places I called and left numerous messages. I even called this guy my HOA recommended and left couple separate messages but never heard back. But with Always Clean, after speaking with the owner, Doug, he quoted me a very good price to get my exterior chimney power washed. Just as he promised, he and another nice guy showed up on a Saturday even arriving 10 min. early. They did their job and was amazed how quickly and super clean it turned out! I could smell how clean it was once I stepped outside to take a final look.

Wife wanted the walkways around the pool cleaned so I found Always Clean on google. They came out and gave us a good quote so I went with it. Holy cow batman! The pool looks brand new with the walkways cleaned like that. They used low pressure so they wouldn't contaminate my pool and its just unbelievable.
