When it comes to cleaning your homes exterior, soft wash is the prefered method for cleaning vinyl exterior walls, soffits, and fascia, of your home to remove mold, mildew, algae, and other organic stains. Our proprietary blend of antimicrobial cleaners and surfactants do the job fast and last a long time.
Coastal or humid climates, like ours here in Hampton Roads create the most conducive conditions for algae growth. The most common type of roof algae, gloeocapsa magma or blue green algae, protects itself from damaging ultraviolet rays by producing a dark pigmented sheath. The algae discoloration typically begins as small spots on your roof then quickly transforms into streaks on the roof plane.
Clogged gutters force water over the inside edge of the gutters during rain storms allowing moisture to rot facia boards and roof sheathing over time. Clogged gutters could block air-flow into the attic providing a moist invironment for mold to grow. Be sure to keep you gutters clean so your attic can breath.

Bill, the owner, his son-in-law and son, were awesome. My home is an 80's three story, with a high pitch roof. The roof was installed in 2003 and was under heavy oak shade, with lots of soot, staining, and lichen. Needless to say, it was a smart choice to go with these Gents, I'm not as agile as I once was, and risk of falling off the ladder to take care of this job correctly the first time, well, it was worth the money to hire a team with the right tools, the right attitude, great positive vibe, and courage to get up there. Two other companies just completely ignored me. I should've called Neptune Clean first, because Bill was great. He immediately contacted me and set an appointment. I loved everything they did for me. I posted an inquiry online and the contacted me immediately. I liked that they googled earth my property and gave me a quote in less the 5 mins. The guys showed up on time and was very professional. They cleaned my gutters and even helped save the birds nest that was in there. They even cleaned up after cleaning the gutters. I would recommend 100%!! I will be back for more gutter cleaning in the future.

WOW--I never knew our house could look so bright and clean! We've tried pressure washing our home ourselves for years but never really saw a dramatic improvement on our white house.
