The office sent me this link asking for feedback, so let me start by saying I have never written a negative Google review on anything, nor have I ever been one to dread going to the dentist. I have been going to this office for a year and a half since moving to Tampa for routine cleanings and check ups and have always been happy with the outcomes. On a previous visit, Dr. Frankfurth recommended three silver fillings be replaced. First and last visit to this office. Although technically a good dentist, Dr Frankfurth demonstrated little to no regard for my concerns regarding numbing prior to the procedure, discomfort during the procedure, and bite issues after the procedure. Bedside manner leaves a little to be desired and no customer service in his patient approach. When I told him that it usually takes a little more to get me numb and that the Novocain usually wears off pretty quickly, he told me that if he wasn’t removing a silver filling he wouldn’t number me at all. My family and I have been going to Gentle Care Dentistry for many years now and our experience has truly been wonderful. I have visited several dentists in the Tampa Bay area and each time I had to take medication for pain after a cleaning. I couldn’t imagine my children having to go through the invasiveness and pain of such cleanings. The hygienists at Gentle Care Dentistry are so great at their job that I did not have such qualms taking my children there and I never have to take medication for pain after a cleaning. We continue to receive excellent “gentle care” from Regina and Kim.

I have been seeing Dr Frankfurth for many years and have always found him to be caring and professional. The office is always spotless and office workers both pleasant and knowledgeable. Regina is the best dental hygienist ever…I have all the confidence in her knowing that my teeth will be clean and polished when she is finished!

All of the team there understands your needs (anxiety) about going to the dentist. I work for a pediatric dentist and we succeed at changing that perception but for the past generations, we still have reservations. Brenda at the front desk knows this about me so she gave me an immediate appt. for treatment, knowing I would procrastinate if not.… Hygienist Regina stopped in to check on me, remembering the special touches I need before the procedure. Most people don't like going to the dentist, but Dr. Frankfurth and the whole crew make it so easy and painless. They can even understand me when I gurgle! LOL. Regina is the best hygienist and I look forward to seeing her. Dr. Frankfurth is easy going and gives me praise for taking care of my teeth! The office is clean and modern, a nice place to be.
