My brother was asked to leave within 2 hours, because he had aids and also, he could not walk. But they had time to cash my $1500.00 check. It was taken out of my account by the next day. And as of three weeks later I NEED THE MONEY!
My brother after dropping by another terrible long term care place, he his at Hospice of the Valley he is dying—-thank you two below average long term care places.

This assisted living center changed ownership around Nov of 2017 and their WHOLE entire staff quit over the next three weeks because they disliked the new owners so much! I liked this facility when I first moved my mother here in March of 2017 but it’s been all downhill since!
They don’t change their diapers often enough, if you go there during a shift change they often are understaffed. Sometimes only one caregiver for 15-18 residents. They have run out of her meds and asked me if I could order some, they have asked me to buy both diapers and wipes even though my mother’s insurance covers
