Emotional abuse has taken place here. My mom worked there for 2 days while getting certified. She witnessed a worker, Tito, emotionally abusing a patient, Richard. My mom reported it to her teacher but nothing could be done. Richard is a war veteran and Tito made him feel awful about his work in the military (to put it nicely). The way Richard replied to Tito showed that this has happened many times. The story my mom told me was absolutely horrific and Tito should not be allowed to ever work with patients.

My father was recently there with NCP for a fx hip for almost 3 weeks. They were absolutely amazing. I cant think of one bad thing to say about them. The building is older without a doubt and is not as "pretty" as some rehab's but the staff made up for all that. Very caring and responsive and made my father and family feel like family. Food was great and if he didn't like something the kitchen made him something else. Often times my father would have an excuse for not wanting to do therapy and therapy would always come back and was persistent with him working. I was called for everything that went

My father received exceptional care from the caregivers/staff while he was at North Chandler place formally Brookdale. The staff is compassionate and caring, they made sure all his needs were met, they are amazing! We consider ourselves lucky we had them at the time we needed them the most. Communication was almost on a daily basis. The facility was clean and meals were good.
