Please dear god do not apply here. I went to tour a property and was told there were no applicants on this property and to “hurry and get my application in to be the first” so I turned it in 30 minutes after leaving. I called 2 days later on Friday to confirm I was first on the application so I knew if I needed to continue my search, I left a message for Ashley also to confirm I had all my documents, didn’t hear back. The following Monday I still had not seen my credit run so I called and was told it was pending with an application put in 2 weeks prior. Wouldn’t they have known this when

Golden Key was the second property manager we used for our property in Pikeville and they were a world above the previous company we used. We live half the county away and never had to stress about the property while Golden Key was in charge. We have little connection left to the area, so finding repairmen or lawn service when needed was never an issue, Golden Key took care of it. Communication was always excellent and responsive, through text, call, or email. I give them my highest recommendation for property management, they earn every cent of their management fee.

Golden Key Rentals has managed my property for me since 2013 and I have had 3 different tenants during that time. Each time it came up for rent, they found new tenants quickly. They helped with repairs and paid me by direct deposit which was very convenient. I would recommend Golden Key Rentals to anyone who wants to rent out their property.

As an owner, they took over my property from a previous management co. and did an exceptional job through the transition. While managing they were very quick to notify of problems or changes and kept everything up-to-date. Finally, they even took care of listing and getting is sold for me as well at the end. Great company and people to work with! Highly recommend from an owners perspective
