The administration fee is $150 per apartment home. We do offer preferred employer discount that could reduce your administration and deposit cost. Contact our leasing office for more infomation. You can pay your rent online along with enter work orders online through your online resident portal. We accept payments through your online resident portal.

It would be nice to let everyone know about Quiet time, if your living above someone when kids are up running around until 1:35 in the morning that a problem it's more then just renting a place. Legacy team not everyone keeps the same email so please take the time to mail out the rules as you say just a friendly reminder

I don't usually review places but these apartments are making me so frustrated. My AC has went out 7 times since I have lived here. They would fix the AC and about 2 weeks later it would break again. They also told me that I should never put the AC past 70 because I would just burn out the compressor. In all the apartments I have stayed in throughout my life I have never heard anything like that. These apartments are the worst that I have stayed in. I WOULD NOT recommend moving here.

If only they put the money they use for social events, back into the apartments and a better community. My lease was up 5 months ago, and Bradbury which is around the corner. Apartments are up to date and the community is better. They are more professional than the office as well. One of the maintenance guys were way to friendly.

Reading reviews and can't understand a couple of the reviews. I have had a very positive experience. Office staff are very professional and my move in was very easy. The entire property is very nice and well maintained. The amenities are very nice. They have something for everyone. The maintenance staff gets it done in a timely fashion and is very professional. They kepted me informed when weather would not allow them to work outside.Very safe and nice to call home. I recommend Legacy at Berkeley Place

Wonderful, active community. Moving here was so simple. The amenities are great, I enjoy the pool (it is open year-round), the gym, the office itself has a coffee bar, putting in a work order is very simple, and it has a bark place for furry friends... grilling area they simply have everything! It's very peaceful and although it's on Berkeley, it is pretty hidden and private property. I LOVE living here and I recommend this place. The best apartment complex in Goldsboro and 10 minutes from SJAFB, convenient enough to come home for lunch.

These apartments APPEAR very nice only on the website with great amenities paid by you, but the staff is NOT helpful and the management is even worse.. Very unaccommodating! So glad I realized how shady and non-customer friendly these people are. The only people who are NICE in there are the maintaince folks, and this is ALL! Oh, people smoke 420 too so keep your kittens safe.

I have lived here about a year and a half and waited to leave a review, because I wanted to make sure it was honest and fair. The customer service is top notch and everyone in the office has always been very welcoming and helpful. I have not had many maintenance issues but the few minor ones that I have had were all taken care of within 24 hours. The maintenace staff is also very courteous and professional. I feel safe as I come and go, day or night and have never had any issues. As I hadn’t lived in an apartment in over 20 years I was worried about the noise factors and have to say occasionally

Been living here for about six months. My favorite thing about staying here is how efficient the maintenance team is. They are awesome at coming to fix things quickly. Once our AC system froze up and they sent someone to us on a weekend to have it taken care of. It is a bit of a pricey stay, but it's worth it. I don't notice any bugs. I don't hear neighbors through the walls. My apartment feels secure and it's in a good spot in town. Any time I have questions or concerns they are always there to answer.

The apartments themselves are decent/affordable and spacious. Much larger than anything you'd find in a big city and fairly new. Most of the people that live there are young military members, but I never had any major issues with noise.

Walls are paper thin.
The apartment is only great if you like to hear your neighbor's conversations and other activities.
The pool is nice, the gym is tiny and although management is not bad, they have limited power AND they charged me for a pet stain or something when I didn't even have a pet! Only has to live here for four months because my husband got orders, thank God! I'm not sure I could of done a year!

We moved to Goldsboro in April of 2016 and originally looked at Legacy to live there.. at the time it was out of our price range. Then in October of 2017 we finally moved in! We absolutely love it here, a lot better than living on base. Everyone is very friendly and the stuff is very helpful and punctual when it comes to maintenance!

Awful. Don't waste your money. You better be able to sleep through an apocalypse because the floors are so thin. I called the cops and told the staff numerous times about the people above us and nothing worked. The staff doesn't care about anything or anyone. My husband and I are PAYING to break our lease to get the hell out of here to keep our sanity and actually sleep.

Prices are rediculous. Almost $1000 for a one bedroom apartment. Utilities not included. The community is nice. The pool is never crowded. And the area is quiet. They have an awesome gym and movie room. The community park is nice and the apartments are spacious. Way too high on the price range all around though.
