My kitchen sink stopped draining last week. I tried plunging and snaking the drain myself several times, but all my efforts proved unfruitful. I then called Papa Plumbing and they sent someone within 3 hours. My tech showed up on the scheduled time and did a great job unclogging the drain. He told me that a buildup of grease was the culprit and provided some useful tips to prevent a clog in the future. Our sink is now draining much better than before. I hope I won’t have any plumbing problems in the near future, but whenever the need arises, I will always prefer this company.

A great company! We called them after discovering a pool of water inside a cabinet under our kitchen sink. They scheduled an appointment for us within the next two hours. A courteous, efficient ad neat tech came within the provided window and was quick to find that the problem happened due to a loose pipe. He fixed it on the spot and were billed a fair price. Unprofessional wasted 6hrs of my life waiting around for them to show up than when I called at 9:45pm to see where the technician was at since he was scheduled to show up between 8pm-10pm the girl that answered tells me he can't make it that night but he can go in the morning I asked why wasn't I contacted and her excuses was she just got in and wasn't updated yet the technician had my number I know they wouldn't of called me and would of had me waiting there all night for them if I didn't call them and not once did she apologize for any inconvenience. I was very impressed by the professionalism that was demonstrated by Papa Plumbing during my initial phone call. Although they worked outside the entire time, they kept their work area very clean and organized. After installing all the earthquakes shut off valves, they went into each and every one of my tenant's units and made sure they had hot water, a working stove and a working heater for the upcoming cold winter nights.
