Chris was very prompt, attentive, communicative, and charged us a very reasonable price. He took his time to make sure the job was done right. We were impressed by his honesty, expertise, and extensive knowledge. It's hard to find people in the various crafts who exhibit the honesty and integrity. I need a different service than they can provide, but Chris seems like a person of integrity who is generous with his time. He answered his phone promptly when I called and patiently answered my questions, took the time to understand the situation with more complex than typical access on a hillside home, and offered me a referral to another resource that can help me.

Needed a replacement for a garbage disposal. Contacted Chris and he gave me an estimate the next day for labor and parts. Came right over the following day and installed the unit. Total cost was exactly what he quoted which I thought was a very fair price. Came on time and finished job promptly. Great guy to deal with. I will call him again if needed.

Second review! Chris has provided service for me three times at different houses. Recently I had a minor issue that I called about. I wasn't sure if I need a professional or not. He talked me through it and told me where I could find a hard to locate part. I fixed it myself. The fact that he called after a day's work to help out a customer in that way says a lot. Thank you.

He came and fixed my disposal and a few days later my washing machine was leaking and I called him back and while i had him I asked him if he could changed my kitchen faucet -changed the way I do dishes and clean my sink....huge game changer...like who knew something so simple can make such a great deal!!! Plumbing emergency!!! I had a leak in my bathroom and there was water everywhere. I contacted Roma Rooter and Chris answered right away. He went out to my house within an hour. He explained everything to me in detail and was nice about it. He took the time to educate me on me different services and materials needed. His price was very reasonable and fair especially since he came out on such short notice! You can trust this company!!!

The owner Chris responded to my request on yelp quickly w estimate, gave him my address got here in 30 mins to locate the leak in bathroom. After the job was done he asked for something that's lower than estimate, he could charge more in this case but he didn't, so give him a thumbs up for honesty. Called for a quote over the phone for a in sink disposer repair / replacement and he even did it with just pictures by cell, describing the issue. Thisbsaved me even more time and trouble.

He even gave tips to try to fix it which could fix the problem with his services. That was already a sign I picked the right plumber. A plumber who wants to genuinely help.

We scheduled for a few days later since it was non urgent. He was on time, even came with the needed parts and had spares for things if needed.

The 40 gallon Water Heater conked out. Had to take a cold shower. A friend of mine suggested that I call a plumber friend of his. I did and he came out with a $1100 estimate for a new Water Heater.
