Hydro Jetting is a process in which your sewer pipes are scoured by streams of high-pressure water shooting out of a kevlar coated hose at up to 4000 psi using 18 gallons of water per minute. Brian showed up quickly and efficiently assessed the problem and found that my three year old Moen faucet in the kitchen had multiple leaks. He knew that Moen had a lifetime warranty so he suggested I contact them get a new sink and he would come back in and install it. Much appreciation to Thistle plumbing.

We needed our shower drain snaked as it was draining slowly. Brian was able to come by on fairly short notice and he took care of the situation quickly. He even cleared out one of our other shower drains at no additional charge. He didn't make a mess in our bathrooms like some other plumbers we have dealt with in the past have. He was friendly and efficient, wore a mask to be COVID safe, and now our showers drain very quickly. He even told my husband how we can clean it out ourselves in the future. We will definitely call Thistle Plumbing the next time we are in need.

Though we really did not have any actual work, I must give them credit for actually showing up to our house to give us a quote/recommendation on replacing our kitchen sink. He was thorough, and patiently answered all of our questions.
Other local vendors simply did not respond to our calls or changed their minds about actually making a site visit. We definitely will call Thistle for our next plumbing adventure.

Brian was on time, was cost-effective, made recommendations, and did a great job!!! He help us pick out what we needed from Home Depot (via text) and he picked up (from Home Depot) and installed 3 new toilets, then took the old ones away.

I am new to the area so I relied solely on Yelp reviews to choose this plumbing company. We had a leaking toilet but because of covid and working from home we had to find a time when we would be out if the house. Brian worked with our schedule, was on time and diagnosed the problem promptly. Proceeded to fix it and the fee was reasonable. Was able to pay him online and it all worked out great. I would call Brian again for any plumbing need! Very pleased.

My floor furnace quit working. Called Thistle plumbing they evaluated problem and said there were leaks in the gas line. Repaired the leaks for $1000+ but furnace still didn't work. I called Thistle and was told " we don't work on furnaces" .
I would not hire them ever again . I felt they were dishonest and should have told me the first time we spoke, that they could not fix the furnace. Also the charges were exorbitant for the work completed.

Frank is a professional, friendly, and reliable plumber who loves his job. He walked in, masked, and we threw everything and the kitchen sink at him. We had most of the parts prepped and just had to to pickup a few small things and he supplied the rest.
He installed a kitchen sink and faucet, a tankless water filtration system, an ice maker line, a pressure regulator and a smart water shut-off in two visits within a week. We highly recommend his services and will be using him in the future. Thanks Frank (and Brian)!

I have used Thistle Plumbing on numerous occasions and are always very satisfied with the work, their prices and their professionalism. My husband and I have used Thistle Plumbing for plumbing jobs at our own home, as well as at rental property we own.
