Please don't come to this Chino location the representatives here will waste your time here they only want to steal your personal information so they can get bonus. They treat people with no respect or honor your qualifications sadly they put my mom through alot please keep in mind the agent reached out to us about a job and for my mom to go to the branch we called and confirmed appointment. My mom checked in and she waited for 45 minutes almost an hour (no one else in the office) even though she had already done her interview and application. We, I have two family members with the worst experience ever. Baron doesn't have great communication skills regarding contracts being up to date. There fore it makes payroll delayed or your not paid at all. Also, when the clients are accused of doing drugs for an excuse to end the assignment. Baron will not investigate knowing that a drug test was done and passed. Baron staff need to work their phone, front desk and people skills. Very rude ladies!!!! this place will fold if they don't brush up these most important factors of running a business. I would not recommend this place

Don't even bother going to this place it's a waste of your time and the ladies who help you have attitude. I was told that they get new job openings every day. I called them everyday asking if there were any job openings, they told me they got a new list of jobs coming in and so they asked for my name to add me to the list and told me they would give me a call back, and they never called me back. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. They should at least call me and say we haven't had an opening but we are still looking.

I was with this agency for over a year and in my time with them I have been ignored, harassed, and lied to. Cathy Dunman is the new manager at the Perris branch, she lied to me saying my paycheck was already mailed out on Friday( I'm supposed to get paid on Friday). I didn't get my check till Wednesday of the next week. I was then informed that when she told me that my paycheck was in front of her on her desk. In short BARON IS A AWFUL TEMP AGENCY,GO TO AEROTECH

The paperwork I had to fill out for their all-purpose application being hired through here for a job i love doing was terrible. The paperwork took almost 45 minutes and had nothing to do with my job.
I am currently fighting to get my paycheck processed via .JPEG picture, the timecards are valid and authorized.
After submitting the first time, they completely ignored me as though my issue of needing payment would go away. I am currently late for being paid. I submitted everything as requested, I received insufficient paperwork which my job was told they should have given me.

I would recommend this agency over most that my husband and I have encountered. They had him working in the same week that he applied and just hurt himself on the job however instead of making him lose his job he will be working for the agency directly for the next couple of weeks until he can return back to work. With my husband continuously looking for a job for the past almost 9 months and us now having a baby on the way I am truly grateful that someone is finally helping out like they're supposed to. Keep up the good work!

Please do not come to this agency from my times ive gone to other job agencies i have never expected a job agency to employ uneducated, underqualified people to be recruiting workers. Never have I dealt with poor quality "job Agents". They will waste your time, they will be rude, they have no respect for their applicants, or their own job they think its a joke they pretend to be working. Another note They give false advertisement if you come in applying for a job "the job is taken" if you have already applied or are in their system the job

DO NOT GO HERE! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They are extremely unprofessional. Especially the branch manager Laticia. They refused to give me my paycheck, and now will not answer or return my calls. I have never dealt with a more incompetent staff in my life. They cannot do anything correct here. I have seen others not receive their pay checks as well. When I confront her about it, she acts as if it is my fault too! She is a terrible manager, and I hope they learn that. I wouldn't send someone here if they paid me.

This Employment agency is pretty decent for helping you find Jobs. They Literally found me a job the first day and had me working the very next day. They always get my hours right ,so far I'm enjoying my time here and you can too. The only thing that can bother anyone is that the fact they are not very good at returning calls. Just walk in and make sure your know what's going on.

Do NOT go here! I was with both select staffing and baron hr and when i mentioned to lupe i was with both, she suggested i leave select and come do qc work for baron and baron only. she gave me her card and told me to give her a call but when i contacted her, she acted like she didnt know who i was. so now here i am posting this because i lost my spot at tactical (baron) and nellson (select) all because i listened to her and her false promises! if you can, go to andrea since she is very resourceful but avoid lupe at all costs!
