The Account Executive is assigned a client to manage and serve as the lead and single point of contact. Will be responsible for facilitating the streamlining of all recruiting activities. The Account Executive will lead our recruiting team's efforts and ensure our team adheres to client requirements.
Will also work closely with client's staff to establish timelines, recruiting budgets, terms, priorities and lay-out a plan that best fits the client's fulfillment goals. The Talent Acquisition will be assigned to search for specific talent, provide thorough screening for the required skill-set, and administer a skill test when required.
