I was contacted by this company because my resume matched the experience of an opening I was interested in learning more about. I generally am okay with making small talk about life and family. But the questions became very intrusive very quickly. The screener, Charmagne, asked me if I was married and what my husband does for work. I asked her how this was relevant to the position. She said it was because it was important to know how I would be covered if I couldn't be there for my kid. She went on to say that this would be revealed to the client and these are things that would be taken into consideration
