Services
The following is an outline of the architectural services typically provided by Nawrocki Architects. During the Predesign Phase, primary project goals are established, preliminary programming and budget information gathered, and the existing site is documented.
During the Design Phases, Nawrocki Architects will develop the basic design concepts for the project and begin to coordinate these concepts with existing utilities and design & engineering consultants if required.During the Construction Document Phase, Nawrocki Architects will prepare drawings and specifications for construction of sufficient detail to obtain a building permit from Fauquier County.

Michael attended the College of Architecture & Urban Studies at Virginia Tech (Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University) and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design for executive courses in residential architecture. He has practiced in the Washington DC metro area for over thirty years.
Our architect Mike Nawrocki was superb. He understood my wishes to incorporate/retain the character of the original cape. His plans involved creating a new hallway through the center of the house. It really joins the house as one, creating natural flow between the new and existing sections of the floorplan.
