Founded in 1979 by Tim and Ed, Harwood Heights Auto Body has provided quality collision repair and auto body work to Northwest Chicago, Harwood Heights and the surrounding suburbs for more than 25 years. Originally located behind Jay's beef stand at the corner of Narragansett and Montrose, the shop has moved twice to accommodate our expanding business.
Our facility is located on Wilson Ave., just west of Harlem Ave. It is a 26,000 square foot facility that hosts five E-Z Liner frame machines, a spray booth and mixing station, a full time mechanic and a detailing area. Our dedication to customer service has helped us build a long list of repeat customers throughout the years.

Anybody can tell you about the damage that can occur to a car's unibody or frame in an accident. It takes top of the line equipment to get it back in shape and to do it right. That is why we carry five Chief E-Z Liner II Precision Body Squaring and Alignment Systems, featuring Velocity Electronic Measuring Systems.
At Harwood Heights Auto Body, we understand how important it is to get the job done correctly the first time. While we strive for this on each repair, we also realize there may be unforeseen situations that arise after your car is delivered. It is for this reason that Harwood Heights Auto Body stands behind our collision repairs, and will make the appropriate repairs to correct the problem.

Staff made me confident the work would be done right. It was. All aspects of service were great. Easy connection to a rental car with return on site. Their estimate was fair. The car was ready a day before promised. The vehicle looks great and very clean. These people do their work professionally.

Tim was so nice. I called him and he said come on over. We will talk with the insurance company for you. He then had me talk with Roseann who arranged a rental car that was dropped off for me. The process was amazing. I truly didn't have to do a thing after dropping it off.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Harwood Heights Autobody. I called ahead to see if i can get a quote about a rocker panel being put back in place. I was met on the phone with a super polite lady saying I can come by that day. I arrived at the shop and worked with Max. Max was super helpful in describing what is wrong with my panel and what they can do. I got the car worked on the following day, and I was super happy with the result. It is great knowing I have a honest professional body shop in the neighborhood. These guys are the real deal!
